Celebrating 30 years of friendship and cultural exchange between the City of Port Lincoln and the City of Muroto, Japan.
The 30 wattle and 30 cherry blossoms symbolise three decades of friendship between the two cities. The friendship is perpetuated through cultural exchanges to both cities each year – in 2021, the tally was 56 exchanges and almost 800 delegates. An identical mosaic was gifted to Muroto in 2021.
